What a fabulous afternoon! Katie from The Whin social media marketing company put us through our Insta paces and now we are all experts at making Reels and growing our Insta community (not really, but we are definitely more clued in that we were yesterday!). Fuelled with hot drinks and snack cones from Nibble and Pickle, we chatted all things Instagram and we can’t wait to see everyone’s latest Reels attempts - good luck!

Our next (and final!) business event is on 13th June and is all about confidence, success and unapologetically banishing the imposter syndrome. See you then 😄

I made my first Instagram Reel tonight. Eek! I have no clue what I’m doing 😬 Fortunately, help is at hand…we’ve got an amazing session on Instagram planned for Monday. I say ‘we’ but don’t worry, we do actually have someone who knows what to do - Katie from The Whin 🥳 Are you joining us? There’s still time to grab a ticket…. 😁

Meet Katie aka The Whin
Not to put her on a pedestal or anything, but she's the answer to all your instagram (and more specifically IG reels) nightmares!
I have a love-hate relationship with reels... I've done one. Just one. I'm hoping she's going to get me comfortable doing more!
Come join us for our second MiLC Women in Business event on May 16th, from 1230 - 230 at The Steading in Rosewell.

Our Spring Women in Business series is here.
Each event, on 25th April, 16th May and 13th June will be held at the Steading in Rosewell from 12.30 - 2.30pm including a snack and tea/coffee, a talk, workshop activity and networking. The series kickstarts with the theme Work-Life Balance presented by Naomi Mills of Life & Light Chiropractic - she'll be sharing her top tips for balancing all aspects of life as a busy self-employed woman.
