FNMP

FNMP The Friday Night Music Project is a youth run record label that promotes music education through the medium of youth work.

FNMP is a rock and pop school set up by local musicians and music teachers to support young people through the process of developing their music creating skills, enterprise and performance. Young people are given advice, mentoring, coaching and tuition in all aspects of creativity, performance and the business side of the music industry. They are encouraged to be enterprising in the development of

FNMP are looking for a supportive youth music worker/music educator to join our staff team. You must be committed to supporting the development of young musicians/songwriters. The commitment is for 2 hours each Friday evening (4.30-6.30pm), with the occasional concert thrown in (max 4 or 5 per year, 5.30-9.30pm).

******REMINDER******

As Lasswade HS closes this afternoon for the mid-term break there will be no FNMP sessions this Friday (10/10/25) or next Friday (17/10/25). The project returns on Friday, 24th October, 4.30-6.30pm.

FNMP Friday 26th September 2025

Unfortunately we are unable to run the project this week due to a staffing issue. FNMP will be back next week - 3rd October 2025 - our apologies for any inconvenience.

Members are reminded that FNMP will close this evening, for the summer period, returning on Friday, 19th September 2025.
The project will then run every Friday evening until 19th June 2026 with the exception of school holidays AND the dates listed below.
