REMINDER - Help inform the future of rural Childcare - This Friday

Maree Todd MSP will be in Ardgay on Friday the 12th of June to hold a surgery on local childcare.

Increasing childcare provision is essential if we wish to ensure that our communities are places where young families can live and work in the future. The aim of these surgeries is to gather information on the challenges faced in rural communities. This will help inform the expansion of childcare provision in a way that will work in the rural and remote rural communities of Sutherland and the Highlands.

It is hugely important that childcare providers, parents and families, employers, and other local stakeholders, feed in their experiences and ideas so that policies are developed that take into account rural communities and their needs.

So if you have an interest, and feel you can contribute, get along to Ardgay Hall on Friday between 1-2.
