Good morning all you lovely people! 💕

The sun is shining 🌞 but we’re still having issues accessing site so we’ve decided to plan ahead.

Next Tuesday 28th July at 6pm for our Time Out Tuesday Social we’re going to be at The Watermillock, Toby Carvery, Crompton Way.

As it would be the week of the mixed quiz night, all are invited. Instead of a social night, it’s a social scran. Even if you don’t usually attend on a Tuesday come and fill your face whilst having a chat and a laugh.

If you want to come along, let us know before Friday and we can book in advance.

Ps Peas on a roast dinner is just WRONG! 😉

Unfortunately the resident is still declining us access to the site via the path, so again we are holding the temporary sessions on Leverhulme park.

These are mixed sessions for anyone to attend. We have some art, mini projects and crafts planned, or you can just come and bring snacks and have a chat!

Wednesday 1pm-3pm social and art
Thursday 1pm-3pm nature walk
Friday 1pm-3pm social and art

It's between the cricket pitch and the car park ( on the left side).

Our members have actually been enjoying these sessions, despite not being able to use our home base.

As our site is still closed due to the disagreement over access, we'll be holding a few sessions on Leverhulme park. The details are below. These will be mixed sessions, and we're hoping to get some games and art supplies.

We have borrowed a few camping chairs, but if you have one bring it along with you, or a cushion to sit on.
We will have some picnic blankets too.

Please remember your sub safety, but we will be sitting under the shade.

Location: Leverhulme Park. Just to the left of the main car park down the path ( between the cricket pitch and the path).

Wednesday: 1pm-3pm mixed social
Thursday: 1pm-3pm a walk
Friday: 1pm-3pm mixed social

Feel free to bring your lunch if you fancy a picnic! And remember to bring a drink

*Apologies to all. Due to the ongoing situation with a neighbour and the path onto site we are still unable to access Beechcroft. Be One Homes are working on rectifying this.

The site will remain closed for next week along with all of the usual classes and sessions*

We are looking at trying to organise a few drop in social sessions which may take place in Leverhulme Park as we understand that your mental health is paramount.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the site will be closed for the rest of this week ( Thursday 9th and Friday 10th July).

If you're ever stuck for something to do on a Monday afternoon, and would like to learn how to use a sewing machine ( or hone your craft if you have experience) Then we have a great session available every Monday 1-3pm run by the lovely Margaret

If you're concerned about the heat, we have a temporary outdoor seating area set up under shade!
