A bit too much food and drink on Friday night?

Come and burn off those excess calories whilst getting fitter and socialising with like minded people at the same time with a Bolton HF walk on Saturday 30th November.

If you have never walked with Bolton HF walking club and fancy a walk that's a little faster, come and give us a try.
