We donated our favourite Large Fresh Cream Sponge Cakes to Valerie who holds every year a coffee & cake morning to help raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support

We donated Doritos to a Comedy night held at Dunscar Conservative Club in aid of raising money for the charity Cry Cardiac Risk in the Young

They raised £1200 just in ticket sales which will be matched!!

The Bereavement Cafe CIC will be setting up in our Cafe Tuesday 15th September 10am-12pm for anyone wanting to get more information on what they offer or what sessions they have planned. Also a great opportunity for anyone wanting to volunteer with the group ☕

Our team will be in Morrisons Harwood Cafe, this is not a Bereavement Session, it is an opportunity to come and say hello, hear from our Volunteers and Facilitators on what to expect during a session, we are also hoping to have a few people who are currently attending and gaining support so they can give you first hand experience of using this bespoke, safe and welcoming service.

I will also be chatting to those of you who have expressed an interest In joining our volunteer team, and I’ll be messaging or calling everyone this next week to organise times to chat - if you are interested and haven’t yet messaged or expressed more details please either DM the page or leave a comment below

Our sessions in Harwood will be held at Harwood Golf Club the first one will be on 12th October.
