Care Home Open Week is fast approaching, when we celebrate the dedication, expertise and compassion of those working in our region's care homes.

On Wednesday 17 June we're hosting an in-person event for our members working in independent health and social care where we'll be shining a light on the exceptional contribution of care home nurses and care teams and hear from guest speakers who'll provide invaluable insight and lived experience from across social care.

Steward and Learning Rep Pauline has been speaking up as a voice for the members in her trust for 16 years. Thanks to the ongoing training she receives and the support of her fellow reps and RCN officers, she is able to stop workplace issues from escalating and ensure her colleagues have access to continuous learning.

Becoming a rep provides a wealth of personal and professional development opportunities. Interested in what's involved? Find out more here: https://bit.ly/4mTHfNX
