Get Companies Active is an organisation dedicated to the Bolton area, working to bring companies together, improve fitness, mental health and overall well-being, while raising important money for worthwhile local charities. Between them, they realised the huge impact that health, fitness and overall well-being has on the happiness of their staff, as well as their productivity and the reduction in

short-term absence from sickness. But what if there was a way to encourage staff to get healthier AND raise much-needed funds for important local charities? Get Companies Active was the answer, and the date has now been set for the first ever Bolton Relay-Triathlon, opened up to ANY company in Bolton that wants to submit a team of 3 and show Bolton they care about local charities and the well-being of their staff: a real win-win for everyone involved!
