Huge thanks to two very helpful, volunteer missionaries Elder Torno and Elder Laureano who kindly dug over our wildflower bed, we appreciate your time and effort π....seeds are already sewnπΌπΉπͺ»πΈπ»πͺ·π₯πΊπ
So just a mini crew today., the three of us, Paul got stuck in with clearing the path along the flower bed, he worked hard and we filled him up with biscuits and a cold drink to thank him π Paul ALWAYS puts in 100% of what hes doing and never refuses to help π
Lisa and l tidied up the flower bed as it was over grown with grass, we leave a little for cover and shelter for teeny creatures ...we like it looking natural and wild, no insects survive in a pristinely kept habitat. Part of today's task was to expose the wall, there are lots of holes and crevices where Bees, Frogs, Mice, insects and foliage will make their home and thats again our goal...natural habitats π
We now have colour and beauty all along the bed, we refilled the Butterfly π¦ bowl and gave our rockery the once over...we're delighted with the results and to help all our lovely flowers we watered them π¦ until the next shower we get π§
Our group is small so any help is appreciated...please join us when you can.
We will post on here our next meeting date.
Its from 11am until 1pm. Stay half and hour or longer, whatever time you can spare is always appreciated and never questioned. Our tasks are rarely hard, we provide all tools and gloves and of course refreshments π
