A conversation.
A cup of tea.
A safe place to sit.
Someone who listens.
Someone who simply says, “You’re not alone.”
That is what Ricky’s Club is all about. ❤️
For the past 7–8 years, we have carried on the memory of our much-loved coach and friend, Ricky Fletcher, who sadly lost his life to su***de.
What started from heartbreak has grown into something incredibly special — a place where people of all ages and all walks of life can walk through the door, feel welcome, talk openly, laugh, cry, share their experiences and, most importantly, know that somebody cares.
We honestly believe Ricky’s Club has saved lives over the years. And every person who walks through our doors matters.
That’s why we want to give a massive, heartfelt THANK YOU to 1111 Management Company for sponsoring Ricky’s Club and helping us with the cost of our rent, drinks and refreshments.
Your support might look like financial help on paper, but to us, it means so much more.
It helps keep the doors open.
It helps keep people connected.
It helps create a place where someone having their darkest day can walk in and find a friendly face, a warm drink and somebody willing to listen.
And perhaps most importantly, it helps us continue to keep Ricky’s memory alive by doing something positive in his name. 💙
Ricky may no longer be here with us, but his name, his memory and the difference he continues to make through Ricky’s Club will never be forgotten.
