Friday 28th August - Saltwater Steppers, 8.30am-9.45am, The Boathouse- Walk, jog, run- over 12's, no dog's, any ability, coffee and chats after, 15 mins out and back.

Friday 28th August - Saltwater Skechers, 10am-12noon, The Boathouse- Bring a sketch book, pens, small paints and come and join us to create and talk any beachy! Coffees, chat and icecreams too!

This is for any age and ability, so why not bring the children/ grandchildren with you too! Stay for as little or as long as you like. A free, fun, and relax creative couple of hours by the sea! Some equipment will be available if you don't have any.

Saltwater Creations mission is to help create connection, inspired by the coast.
At a session in Chichester earlier in the year, a lady attended that had her own deep knowledge and understanding of the connection of wellbeing from creative activities- Chichester Copywriter. Thanks to Katy, for the interview, which I hope paints a picture of the roots to Saltwater Creations existence.

What are blue spaces? The seaside, rivers, lakes and ponds. 🌊 🩵

I enjoy wandering by waterways looking for kingfishers or strolling along the coast to watch seabirds like puffins and gannets.

The smell of the ocean, the freshness of the air, the sound of the waves and the beautiful light are all fringe benefits.

It was great to have the Really Wild Bognor and Felpham reps too, with great chats and connecting re other community activities too. So much great work going on in and around Bognor Regis.

The CEO of Voluntary Action Arun & Chichester joined us on the way to work too! Talking charity, cleaning and making new connections all in one go!

Always a sock, a dummy, a pair of goggles, sunglasses and STILL- foam from the container😩. Today Jules had the joy of a rubber ring too😂.

All plastics washed and ready for the the next community beach junk workshops!

It's been a busy few weeks, cleaning beaches and beach junk workshops ( with Felpham Community College ) ,creating art ( Saltwater Sketchers), keeping fit ( Saltwater Steppers), dipping with the Felpham Dippers and building community connections😌.

Next stop- Tomorrow morning!
9am- Beach Clean. Meet out side Lobster Pot .
9am-10am Beach Clean and 10am-11am coffee/ chats/ networking opportunity.
