Pub Quiz Social Event | Tuesday 23rd June 🧠

We don't have access to the Newtown Social Club on the 23rd this time, so we're doing something a little different, a FREE pub quiz with big prizes, as a thank you to our brilliant community!

📍 Top floor, Bonitos Lounge

We've booked out the entire top floor, so we really do need to know numbers in advance. Please RSVP on our website — it's free, takes about 30 seconds, and genuinely makes a difference. If we don't get enough sign-ups ahead of time, we won't be able to put on events like this in future, so if you can make it, please grab your spot!

👤 Teams: To help everyone mingle beyond their usual gaming groups, we'll randomly assign teams on the night. Just sign up online in advance — and if you'd like to be paired with someone in particular, there's a space to note that after you grab your ticket. A great chance to meet members you haven't played or chatted with before!

🎲 The questions: Expect all things nerdy — TV, movies, board games, Warhammer 40K, D&D and more. No single person can know it all, so you'll need knowledge from right across the club to claim those prizes!

Sign-up in advance is required so we can give Bonitos an accurate headcount. Please register on the website ASAP to secure your place.

♿ Accessibility: Please note the venue is on the top floor and is accessed by stairs only — unfortunately there's no lift or step-free access. We're sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

That's a Wrap on BRGA's Summer All Day Gaming Event!

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, ran games, donated prizes, supported our vendors, and helped make today such a fantastic event.

We saw tables full of gaming from start to finish, with:

🎲 Lots of board games played throughout the day

🐉 Three tables of D&D embarking on epic adventures

⚔️ Warhammer 40,000 battles fought across the tabletop

🕵️ Social deduction games keeping everyone guessing, bluffing, and accusing their friends

It was fantastic to see so many familiar faces alongside plenty of new ones joining us for the first time.

A big thank you as well to our vendors and creators who joined us and helped make the day special:

For now, we're going to put our feet up, and recover from a brilliant day of gaming.

I’ve been a bit bad at getting pics taken and posted on Tuesday nights lately, but here’s a selection from the last few weeks.

We’ve had loads going on, Blood on the Clocktower, plenty of board games, Warhammer 40K, and ongoing D&D campaigns keeping us busy!
