It develops & inspires young people to set them up for lifelong success with a spirit of service reflecting the Army’s values, standards & ethos Joining the Army Cadets helps young people (and adult volunteers) to become more independent, confident and able to step up to any challenge. We welcome cadets of all abilities and backgrounds and give them a wide range of fun, exciting and adventurous op

🌟DofE Social Value Certificate 2025-26🌟

We're delighted to report that Army Cadets UK undertaking their The Duke of Edinburgh's Award have completed an incredible 76,102 hours of social action this year as part of their DofE Volunteering section!

This amazing total is worth more than half a million pounds to the wider community!

A huge well done to every cadet and cadet force adult volunteer who has helped to contribute to this brilliant achievement.

We asked Cadet CSM Alleway what he has achieved recently as an Army Cadets. As well as a parachute jump and the senior cadet instructors course, he lead the winning team at Ex Wyvern Patrol and he also completed the 45 mile Ten Tors challenge with his college!
