It is with much sadness that we have to inform you that our well-beloved and highly respected Pro Grand Master, Most Worshipful Brother John Herbert Prizeman, passed to his rest this morning.

An official announcement has been circulated to all Provincial and District Grand Masters.

On Thursday, 16th October we met at Freemasons Hall Bodmin to advance Bro. Mark Richardson.

We continue to experience a boost in membership, this being our second new member of the year with another one planned at its February meeting.

This has been accomplished by forging close links with One and All Lodge 330 excellent ritual and amazing (and affordable) Festive-boards.

Bro. Mark, joins Bro. Terry who was joined in August as the “young blood” of the Lodge, having both joined One and All last year within a few months of each other.

W.Bro. Carl Udry the current Worshipful Master is looking forward to continuing the busy year, with fund raisers planned and the further new members joining.

W.Bro. H.R.H. Prince Chula Chakrabongse was a founding member of St. Nicholas Lodge of M.M.M. No. 1188 in 1954 during his time living in Bodmin.

His support enabled us to become the only Octuple Keystone Lodge within the constitution, supporting Mark Masons' Hall and our Worshipful Master wears the collarette proudly – now adorned with the Grand Masters Keystone Fund button.

On Thursday 21st August St Nicholas Lodge of M.M.M. No.1188 met at Freemasons Hall Bodmin to advance Bro. Terry Morgan.

St Nicholas Lodge has been experiencing a lean period of advancees for the last 4 years.

But by forging close links with One and All Lodge 330 and striving for excellent ritual and amazing Festive-boards times they are a changing.

With One & All having a healthy supply of candidates in the last 2 years St Nicholas have taken the step to open up all of their Festive-boards to Master Masons, Fellow-crafts and Entered Apprentices to forge those close links between the two Lodges.

Bro. Terry is the 1st of four candidates that are in the pipeline for St Nicholas Lodge of M.M.M. No.1188, W.Bro. Carl Udry the current Worshipful Master is looking forward to the busy year ahead and growing the Lodge after a few difficult months and years.
