Bodenham Parish Hall is one of the largest and most versatile venues and community facilities for the local community and surrounding area, ideal for local groups and special events. Set in beautiful rural countryside, yet easily accessible from the A417, it’s ideally placed to accommodate a wide variety of events. Parking is also easy as we have room for over 60 cars in our flat car park, includi

ng disabled spaces. Versatile space if you are looking for a venue for a wedding, a party or a business meeting, we can help you. There are a variety of local groups from fitness to community events such as WI and gardening clubs that run from the hall. If you need a fixed stage, we have one. Also, if you need a smaller sized room for a meeting, we have that as well. With a well equipped kitchen and lawn area the hall is ideal for many functions. There is easy access due to it's slopping entrance and wide doorways. From the A49/A417 Junction at Hope under Dinmore take the turning to Gloucester, signposted Bodenham 3 miles. Enter the 40mph restriction and the Hall is on the left, immediately opposite signs for England’s Gate Inn. The Hall’s post code is HR1 3LB. Registered Charity No 520936

Licensed by Herefordshire Council for public entertainment for up to 200 people. May be booked by any person over 21 years of age.

It’s time to get back to routine and hopefully a little bit of normality! 💛

At Empowered Youth, my diary is open for the new school term, offering therapeutic play specialist support for children and young people.

🌈 Support is available for:

✨ Emotional wellbeing
✨ Confidence and self-esteem
✨ Coping with healthcare experiences
✨ Long-term health conditions
✨ Preparing for appointments or procedures
✨ Medical trauma
✨ Bereavement and life changes

🏡 Sessions can take place:
• At home
• In school
• At meeting/therapy room in Bodenham

Every child and young person is different — and that’s why there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Therapeutic play can be adapted to suit different ages, interests, abilities and communication styles. 🧸🎨🎲

We are looking for a new gardener who could mow the lawns, keep the hedge by the houses tidy and the weeds under control! The main hedge by the road and field is not included in this nor mowing the field. We will pay for this service. We would ideally like to support somebody local.
