🚀 WOW — what an incredibly successful few months for our Employability Project!

Since 1 May:
🎓 74 young people have successfully completed at least one qualification
💼 30 young people have secured employment

📈 That’s an incredible 66% increase in employment outcomes compared with where we were at this time last year!

Behind every statistic is a young person who has taken a positive step towards their future — and we couldn’t be prouder of each and every one of them. 👏

A huge thank you to our fantastic team for their hard work, dedication and commitment, and an even bigger well done to all the young people who have worked so hard to achieve their goals. 🌟

Here’s to continuing to support even more young people in building confidence, gaining skills, achieving qualifications, and moving into employment. 💪
