HAPPY ST GEORGES DAY EVERYONE

Today at Buffalo we got creative celebrating St George’s Day… with a bit of an octopus twist too 🐙🇬🇧 (because why not!)

Our young people spent the session learning about what St George’s Day is all about, chatting about what they enjoy, and getting hands-on making their own flags using recycled materials. It was great to see so much creativity

Alongside that, our octopus crafts were a big hit, with loads of different colours, expressions and personalities brought to life.

Most importantly, it was a brilliant session full of laughs, learning and young people just enjoying being together in a safe, welcoming space.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to our amazing loval pubs, the Waterloo Blyth The Kings Arms - Blyth Briardale House Newsham Victory Club who have been generous and donated new and used pool cues 🎱

Your kindness has truly made a difference. Our young people have been absolutely loving getting stuck into games of pool with plenty of friendly competition between them and even the staff have been joining in too! 😄

The donated cues have brought so much enjoyment , laughter and positive energy into our sessions. It’s been brilliant to see so many smiling faces and young people engaging socialising, and building confidence through something as simple as a game of pool.

We really appreciate your support you’ve made a lot of young people very happy 💙

🎱 We Need Your Help! 🎱

Our youth club is on the hunt for pool cues to be donated for our young people to use during sessions. The pool table is always one of the most popular activities and we’d love to keep it going strong for everyone who attends 💙

If you have any spare pool cues in good condition that you no longer need, we would be incredibly grateful for your donation. Every little helps and makes a big difference to the experience we can offer our young people.

Please feel free to message us or pop into the buffalo centre if you can help!

Thank you for your continued support ♥️
