Its always a strange time after the monthly meeting and you're trying to work out which groups are still on for the days before the end of the month!!

I know Chair exercises are on weekly, so they will be on Monday, I think German is weekly. Knit and natter sometimes falls in these few 'boring' days as I call them. Roll on October. The spooky month and we know whats on every day.

Its our 5th birthday party tomorrow and our AGM. Dont forget it starts at 12 noon, NOT 1pm as the tickets say.

Its u3a week and we are having our 5th birthday party on Friday. More will follow about that. But can you answer the question. Whats something new you have learnt with the u3a? Or what is something new you would like to learn?

A great day out was had by by all on the trip to the Lakes, and we brought everyone back!

This Monday it's the Games group at Blyth Library. All members welcome, come along and have a game of scrabble, cards, backgammon, cribbage or Rummikub so many more, I cant remember them all. If you dont know how to play everyone will help you learn.

Tuesday is Knit and natter, so any yarn craft you do come along, or join us for the chat part. Im sure we should take over the country the way it goes sometimes!

For the more energetic we have line dancing on Tuesday afternoon, you dont need boots or cowboy hats, but wear them if they help you, just comfy shoes and clothes.

Well after a lovely long summer off Im back. Hopefully with good info for all our members, and for those who follow but havent yet joined, about what's going on.

If you signed up for the fabulous day trip to the lakes, its TOMORROW and Its an early start, so set your alarms, the coach leaves BTFC at 8.30am, so come early to make sure you get on before it leaves. For those getting on at Cramlington its about 8.40am

There will be no Arts Appreciation Session this Thursday - our next meeting will take place in September, on the third Thursday of the month same time same venue...

Our trip to Paxton House is this Thursday and the coach leaves Blyth at 9.20 prompt, Cramlington at 9.35 at the latest.
