How can we make Perth and Kinross a place where people can live and age well?
Our Health and Social Care Partnership is developing a new Living and Ageing Well Strategy and wants to hear your views.
The strategy aims to help people live healthy, independent and connected lives as they age. We want to hear what helps people live well as they get older, the challenges and barriers they face, and what services, support or community opportunities would make the biggest difference.
You can share your views by completing the online survey. We will also be holding a series of drop-in events where you can speak to us in person about what matters most to you, what is working well in your community, what could be improved, and what should be included in the new strategy. Come along to one of the events:
- Pitlochry Library, Thursday 1 October, 10.30am to 12.30pm
- Strathearn Community Library, Crieff, Tuesday 6 October, 10.30am to 12.30pm
- AK Bell Library, Perth, Thursday 8 October, 10.30am to 12.30pm
Whether you're an older person, a carer, family member, volunteer, member of staff or simply interested in supporting people to age well, we'd like to hear from you.
The consultation closes on 31 October 2026. Find out more and take part: https://consult.pkc.gov.uk/hscp/living-and-ageing-well-in-perth-and-kinross/
