Last week was a super busy week with outings to Kirriemuir, Glendoick, Caulders garden centre at Cupar, Dunkeld, Peel farm and as always the Friday shopping run.
It’s great to be so busy and taking those less able out to enjoy your beautiful surroundings ❤️
The bus and drivers have enjoyed a well earned weekend off ☀️🕶️🍦
Please check out our website if you require any information about who we are, what we do and why we do it 👍

Tomorrow is going to be an extremely sad day as tomorrow we say goodbye to Charlie.
Charlie Bisset dedicated 25 years of his life ensuring the Freedom Coach continued serving our community.
Not only did he literally keep the wheels moving driving the coach for 20 + years but behind the scenes when he wasn’t driving the coach his energy, enthusiasm and dedication to all things Freedom Coach was just incredible.
His passion, communication, eye for detail and relentless time spent fundraising ensured the Freedom Coach could continue year after year helping those less able get out and about & do the simple things like shop or visit the seaside that others take for granted. Helping care home residents enjoy trips throughout our glorious countryside or assisting community group members get to meetings meant the world to Charlie. He just loved helping others. It’s no wonder he won the citizen of the year award a few years back.
His passing leaves a huge irreplaceable hole in our association. Everyone involved with the Freedom Coach committee, its many users, members and the wider Blairgowrie district we serve will all miss him terribly.
I hope Carol can take strength knowing he did so much good, helping those less able. If every town had a Charlie the world would be a better place.

Sleep well Charlie, you were one in a million X

Absolutely gorgeous day for a wee run out to Glen Clova then back for lunch at Kirriemuir golf club. You can’t beat summer in the Glens.
