Wow, what a wonderful 1st Blagdon Farmers Market at Blagdon Village Club! The sun is as shining and the stalls nearly all sold out. Thank you to everyone for organising and attending. Looking forward to the next one already 😊

Hello Everyone

Just a note about club things over the holiday period.

Firstly, as we will be closed in the evening on Thursday for the coming
two weeks, we will be doing the cash draw on Wednesday instead. Usual time.

The Christmas prize draw will take place shortly after the cash draw, on Christmas
Eve. You don't have to be in the club to win a prize from this, but it would be
nice to see you anyway!

I don't know how many articles I have read this year about pubs and clubs closing,
but we seem to be holding our own. Thanks must go to our intrepid volunteer team,
without whom there would be no club.

And, thank you to you and your friends for supporting the club. The more of you that
do it, the easier it becomes, and it enables us to keep our prices down for the benefit
of everyone.
