Very pleased to showcase what we do in the South Wales Argus last week!

Marie Evans, senior wellbeing lead at Parklands and organiser of the sessions, said: "I can’t explain how this has made me feel. My hope was always to bring together those who need it most, so they could form friendships with others in similar situations."

A community singing group in Bedwas is bringing people together through a shared love of music.

Our Art for Wellbeing sessions at Tredegar Library are underway! 🎨
