Coming this Saturday! We're really pleased to have supported this group and we're really excited for connecting again on Saturday :)

This week we are happy to be showing some of the beautiful work produced by the Womens' Safe Space group in Penygarn at the Cafe in Pontypool Museum.

Very pleased to showcase what we do in the South Wales Argus last week!

Marie Evans, senior wellbeing lead at Parklands and organiser of the sessions, said: "I can’t explain how this has made me feel. My hope was always to bring together those who need it most, so they could form friendships with others in similar situations."

A community singing group in Bedwas is bringing people together through a shared love of music.

Inside Out Cymru are exploring a long-term ‘Art for Wellbeing’ project for people affected by dementia (including carers, support workers, family members etc), and we want to hear from as many people as possible.
