⭐️ Final Winners ⭐️

Saturday saw the Under 12 Vespas take on Wyre Blacks in the Hogan Plate Final.

Playing on Bloomfield Road was an absolute honour, and something the boys will remember forever.

We knew it was going to be tough, nerves were high and the adrenaline was kicking in, but the boys kept their heads held high and Nico scored our first goal ⚽️ minutes later Wyre equalised but this didnt deter our boys, Charlie T took us in the lead with the second goal of the day before half time!

The second half arrived and despite the rain 🌧️, it didn’t slow us down. A good battle between both sides throughout but our striker Dainton managed to clear us with a 3-1 win from an absolute wordlie!

We just want to say how proud we are of the Vespa Boys, finishing 2nd in their league and winning the Hogan Plate!!

⭐️ 🏆 U8 Stingers 🏆 ⭐️

An afternoon out at the TCFC Tournament for the U8 Stingers today.

Won 3, drew 2 in the first group stage saw us into the Champions League Group where we won all 5 games to go into the semi finals as top seed.

We just nicked a nervy and tense semi final but unfortunately the Poulton Town Pumas got their revenge after we beat them in the group stage and took home the Cup in a closely fought final.

Very proud of the boys today, they couldn’t have given any more. Too many highlights to mention. Great performances and goals from all over the pitch.

Thanks as always to Mak Brickwork for their ongoing support of the team, to our volunteer coaches and to the parent group and siblings for all of their support today.
