We’re bringing you an International Women’s Day Youth Festival from 5–7 March 2027, hosted in Blackpool (venue TBC)

This will be held in partnership with our incredible W.I.S.E network (Wales, Ireland, England & Scotland).

Three days of energy, creativity, and connection with young people at the heart of it all.

Want a real say in how money is spent on youth projects in your area? ✨

United Youth Alliance is looking for young people aged 14–18 (or up to 25 with SEND) from Blackpool, Fylde, and Wyre to join the Young Grantmakers Programme.

You’ll:
• Help decide where funding goes
• Have your voice heard in your community
• Build confidence and learn new skills
• Get an AQA certificate
• Receive vouchers (if selected for the final panel)
• Have travel costs covered

No experience needed just bring your ideas and get involved.

📅 Dates: 18 July | 13 August | 25 August

We are so excited to be having Olly Pike from Pop'n'Olly joining us on Sunday as part of Youth Pride with Blackpool Pride Festival and United Youth Alliance!

Join Olly for an energetic, interactive storytime that blends inclusive tales with fun, easy-to-follow dances.
Perfect for all children (especially ages 4 - 11).
This lively session brings Pop’n’Olly stories to life in a way that gets everyone moving, laughing, and learning.
Alongside storytime, Olly will be running colourful craft workshops to drop into throughout the day.

We're delighted to unveil our brand new Pride Photo Opportunity, created to help you capture those special Pride memories right here on Blackpool Promenade. 🌈

Designed and generously gifted to Blackpool Pride by the wonderful team at Blackpool Council this beautiful illuminated angel wings installation has been created to commemorate Blackpool Pride Festival and will provide the perfect backdrop for your selfies, group photos and Pride celebrations.

Whether you're flying solo, posing with friends, or showing off your best Pride outfit, you can now stop by, strike a pose and see what it's like to earn your wings. 😇📸
