Welcome all! This is a new group created by a fellow Home Educator. I feel there’s a huge gap for SEN children. The school environment isnt designed for children like ours. After Covid many children suffered with the reintegration of school and for many of our young people it felt daunting. No support packages were put in place & it was extremely sad too see.
Removing my child from the classroom was by far the best decision. We aren’t defined by unrealistic targets, we are no longer worried about unfair fines. My child is free to infinite Education at his will and that is something we cherish & feel forever grateful for.
We would love nothing more than to build a safe place, to play, laugh & learn within Blackpool.
