We are a leading charity providing treatment and support to over 68,000 vulnerable people in England and Wales every day. We champion people who have faced hardships like abuse, homelessness and addiction, and empower them to lead the lives they want, on their terms

We are a fully integrated substance misuse, prevention and recovery service delivered from St John's Court and Inspire House in Blackburn town centre. We're here to help people local to the area with their goals around substances, whether that's abstinence or reduction. You can call us any time, any day, on 01254 495014 and a member of our team will be there to take your call. We provide conversations around harm reduction & education on safer use on a one-to-one and group basis, a place to collect clean needles and hand in used ones, substitute prescribing to support you to move away from street substances and counselling. We're lucky to have a really handy team of peer mentors and recovery champions with lived experience who are here to support your recovery journey. When you've achieved your goals, we can provide you with aftercare for six month, any help you might like around education, training & employment and aftercare as well training on becoming a peer mentor within our service.
