In 2021, we were shocked to learn that 71% of families registered with Menphys reported their young person's lack of participation in any sport or physical activity outside of school hours.

We are committed to changing this narrative and empowering our young people!

We take action by offering exciting after-school and sports clubs, providing opportunities for them to stay active, healthy and engaged in a supportive and inclusive environment. 🏃‍♂️

Together, let's foster a love for sports and physical activity, ensuring brighter and more fulfilling futures for the incredible young minds we serve!❤️

Shop Back to School from only £1.00 per item 🎒

Back-to-school shopping can be expensive, but it doesn't have to be. Research suggests that 'more than half' of parents would buy school uniforms at charity shops (BBC News)

Our Menphys Charity shops offer a wide variety of school supplies at a fraction of the cost if you were to buy them brand new. You can find everything from uniform, shoes, backpacks, stationery and lunchboxes.

Did you know... It costs around £30,000 per year to run one of our Saturday Activity and Respite Clubs, that’s about £1000 per young person.

Parents and carers contribute £10 per week to these clubs and Menphys have to fundraise for the rest.

A huge thank you goes to Dean Richards, who was an absolutely brilliant speaker and had the most interesting stories to tell about his Rugby days.🏉
