History Made at Bisley – The British Cadet Air R***e Team
August saw a very special first at the NSRA Junior International Meeting at Bisley, with the inaugural meeting of the British Cadet Air R***e Team.
Cadets were selected from across the country and across the Cadet Forces, coming together as one team to represent the very best of British Cadet air r***e shooting.
Taking their place alongside some of the best international junior shots, our cadets embraced every challenge. They learned, developed and refined their skills, gaining invaluable experience of competing at an international level.
Every single member of the team should be incredibly proud of what they achieved. They worked hard, supported one another and demonstrated outstanding teamwork, commitment and determination, while showing just what British Cadets are capable of.
Of course, this meeting was about far more than scores and results. It was about learning, developing and building something for the future.
These cadets have had the privilege of being the first British Cadet Air R***e Team, laying the foundations for what we hope will become a long and proud tradition for cadet shooting.
The first team. The first chapter. And hopefully, the start of something very special.
Congratulations to every cadet who represented the team, you did yourselves, your organisations and British cadet shooting proud.
