As we head into the weekend, we’ve been reflecting on the incredible journey of the past week. Sharing these 9 snapshots from our Mindcycle CIC workshop trials has been such a joy, and seeing your comments and likes has meant the world to us! ❤️

🌊 From Sea Breezes to Brushstrokes: Art Inspired by Nature 🖌️
There is nothing quite like the great outdoors to get the creative juices flowing! After a refreshing day out by the water, we brought that coastal inspiration back to the studio for a special "Music in My Mind" and "Loving Memories" mashup. ☀️🐚
Looking at this collage, you can practically feel the energy in the room. Some of our artists were busy capturing the rhythmic movement of the waves they’d just seen, while others used the calm of the seaside as a backdrop for deeper, memory-focused pieces. 🎨✨
It was a joy to see everyone—from our focused young painters to our more experienced creators—working side-by-side to translate their day of exploration into vibrant, expressive art. Proof that sometimes, a little fresh air and a beautiful view is all you need to find your "flow." 🌈💙

For our final highlight from the recent Mindcycle CIC trial days, we wanted to share a glimpse into the heart of our coached art sessions. 🖌️🧡
While we love letting our artists find their own "flow," there is something incredibly special about having a mentor nearby to offer a gentle nudge, a new technique, or simply a word of encouragement. Whether it's helping a young painter find the perfect shade for their "Music in My Mind" piece or supporting a senior in bringing a "Loving Memory" to life, our coaches are there to ensure everyone feels confident in their creative journey.
Seeing this kind of quiet, focused collaboration is what makes our community workshops so impactful. We are so proud of everything our participants have achieved during these trials! 🌈🌟

Our recent visit to a local care home was a truly heartwarming highlight of our Mindcycle CIC workshop trials. There is something incredibly powerful about sharing a creative space with such a wonderful group of people, each with their own unique stories to tell. ✨

We kicked off our recent Mindcycle CIC trial days with an incredible mix of focus groups, and the energy was electric! ⚡️ Whether it was our "Music Inspiration" session or the "Loving Memories" workshop, seeing different generations come together to create was truly special.
From the focused expressions of our youngest artists to the shared stories and wisdom of our seniors, these trials are proving that art and music are universal languages that connect us all. 🖌️✨

As many of you know, Mindcycles is currently operating as a "nomadic" CIC! While we have secured fantastic local spaces for our arts and mindfulness workshops, we are still searching for a small, permanent office base in the Surrey area.
Can you help us find a home?
We are looking for a small, affordable office or a shared community hub space where we can handle our admin, store our art supplies, and plan our retreats.
If you know a local business with a spare room, a community centre with an empty office, or a creative co-working space that supports CICs, please drop us a comment or a DM!
