GB groups provide safe, welcoming environments for girls and young women to form friendships, develop their potential and explore what it means to be a follower of Jesus in the 21st century

On Tuesday the girls made Rocky Road and Flapjack ready for our Coffee Morning tomorrow!! When they were making it it smelt delicious 😋

Our team leader Jordan will be back this year at the Churches Together Bishop’s Stortford Pentecost Prayer Breakfast from 10am - 12pm at St Barnabus Centre.

This week we looked at our new badge work on the theme of Favourites. We asked the girls of they had a favourite item of clothing or outfit. The girls decorated T-shirts, some even decided that they wanted to wear it straight away.

Our first couple of weeks back this term have been all about finishing our Spring badge work. We made bird feeders as we learned how we can care for the birds that visit our gardens. Toilet rolls, skewers, lard, bird food… it was very messy!

There’s still plenty of time for your daughter to come along, try a new activity, and make new friends. We’d be delighted to welcome her.

Rev’d Gill Tuesdays = the best Tuesdays!

Just before half‑term, she helped our N:counta group turn the story of David and Goliath into a full‑on news report. But who’s telling the tale — David, Goliath, or King Saul?

Have a guess!

And if you were in yesterday’s church service, you may have heard Rev’d Gill give us a shout‑out — she mentioned our David and Goliath session and the legendary Bean Game 🫘🫛

There’s still plenty of time to come and try out GB this term! We’d love to welcome new girls to join us on a Tuesday evening.
