Another charity gig, this time at Heighington, by Third Age Rocks, who use our village hall for practice.

CELEBRATING 200 YEARS OF RAILWAYS
AND IT ALL STARTED HERE IN WITTON PARK.

Come and enjoy a FREE FUN DAY on the Village Field and in the Village Hall, NEXT SATURDAY 27TH September 12 noon until 4pm.

Followed by an evening of songs at 7pm with local entertainer in the Village Hall.
The bar will be open, and pie and peas are included in the £5 ticket price. see poster for ticket information.

⚔️ Battle Ready Academy – Tuesday Night Training! 🛡️

Tonight, we’re back in action!

Join us for two hours of high-energy combat training where you’ll sharpen your skills, build confidence, and train like a warrior. Whether you're brand new or a returning fighter, we’ve got drills, routines, and plenty of sword-swinging fun lined up.

Expect movement, technique, and a few laughs along the way. Come ready to learn, sweat, and leave feeling battle ready.

💥 No experience needed – just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to give it a go!

Each month the Thursday Art Group have a theme with which to work. At the end of the month their artistic endeavours are put on display....
August's theme was shopping. Here are some of their interpretions on that theme.

If anyone is interested in joining them, they meet every Thursday morning 9.30-11.30.
We also have the U3A art group meeting alternate Tuesday afternoons.
