Championing Identity: ‘Every person carries a story’ • what a wonderful evening we had on Friday as we came together to celebrate our most recent portraiture exhibition at the Artists’ Hub - a body of work built on trust, courage, creativity, and the sharing of personal stories.
It was so lovely to welcome so many people into the space and to see visitors spending time with the portraits and narratives that sit at the heart of our project.
We’re incredibly proud of this work and grateful to everyone who has been part of the journey … each piece represents a collaboration; a story shared, a voice heard, and an identity celebrated.
More than an exhibition, Championing Identity is a reminder that every person carries experiences we may never fully see. Through art and storytelling, these stories have been made visible, creating opportunities for connection, understanding, and conversation.
Thank you to everyone who joined us on Friday and to all those who have supported the project along the way.
