BEAM is free mental health and wellbeing support for unpaid Carers in Birmingham.

Caring can affect your emotional wellbeing, sleep, confidence and energy. BEAM is here to help you feel more supported, more balanced, and less alone.

Through BEAM, you can access:
โœจ wellbeing and resilience sessions
โœจ opportunities to rest and recharge
โœจ support with self-care and improving sleep
โœจ chances to connect with other Carers who understand

All support is inclusive, accessible and designed around Carersโ€™ needs, with flexible options to fit around you.

Come and Play, Inclusive Summer Holiday Play Session, 27th August ๐ŸŽ‰

Join Autism West Midlands and Sense for a relaxed, inclusive play session at Sense TouchBase Pears!

Come and Play is for children aged 4โ€“11 and their parents/carers, offering neurodiverse-friendly play spaces, activities, toys, snacks and the chance to connect with other families. No formal diagnosis is needed, and families on the NDP waiting list are especially welcome.
