Whilst we sit comfortable, knowing we've no problem for food, many people in the world's poorer regions do not have that luxury. Some people don't know where their next meal is coming from, or whether or not it WILL even
come. We've started a regular, monthly, feed the poor programme in North West Pakistan, focussing on the poorest families; desperately poor with no support, widows, orphans, lone mothers, seriously ill, elderly and families with literally no bread-winner etc. The aim is to provide enough wheat flour to last as much of the month as possible for those families as this is their staple food used throughout the day. We're starting with a small number of families inshaAllaah and want to build on it increasing the number of families month by month. We will be working DIRECTLY on the ground, purchasing & distributing with 100% money going direct ONLY TO buying the WHEAT FLOUR for the families. Inbox/message for more details. It was piloted July 2015 with great success Alhamdulillaah, with trustworthy people involved in distribution in the ground. We're gathering pledges from whoever wants to get involved (either for ongoing monthly donations or one-offs) so that we can expand this to cover more and more families with your support.
