The first day of the new school year is nearly here, which means another year of events, fundraising, ideas, community projects and opportunities to make a difference for our students. 🎉

Our PTFA is made up of parents, carers, staff and friends of the school who all want to do something positive for our school community.

You don’t need loads of free time. You don’t need to commit to everything. Even giving a little time, sharing an idea, helping at an event or simply getting involved when you can can make a BIG difference. 🩵

🎓🩵TODAY’S THE DAY! GCSE RESULTS DAY 🩵🎓

After months of hard work, revision, exams, stress and plenty of late nights, the wait is finally over!

Today we celebrate our Year 11 students and everything they have achieved during their time at Erdington Academy. Whatever results day brings, remember that one set of results does not define you or your future. There are so many different paths ahead, and today is just the beginning of your next chapter. 💙

📍 Results will be available from the Main Hall
🚪 Access is through the front gate only
⏰ 9:00am – 11:00am

The PTFA would like to wish every Year 11 student the very best of luck today. We hope you get the results you have worked so hard for, and we are incredibly proud of you all. 🎓👏

🎓 GCSE RESULTS DAY IS TOMORROW! 🎓

The wait is almost over for our Year 11 students.

Results will be available to collect on Thursday 20th August from the Main Hall between 9:00am and 11:00am.

📍 Access to the school site will be via the Front Gate only.

Staff will be available to distribute results and answer questions, and Post 16 providers will also be on hand to offer advice and guidance about next steps.

No matter what your results say tomorrow, remember that they are just one part of your journey. Every student has worked incredibly hard and should be proud of what they have achieved.

Next Thursday 20th August, our Year 11 students will finally receive the results they have worked so hard for.

After months of revision, exams, hard work and probably a fair bit of stress, the big day is nearly here! 😬📚

Whatever results day brings, remember that your results do not define who you are or what you can achieve. There are so many different routes and opportunities ahead, and this is simply the beginning of your next chapter. 💙

☀️🎓 SCHOOL’S OUT FOR SUMMER! 🎓☀️

As another school year comes to an end, the Erdington Academy PTFA would like to wish all our students, families and staff a fantastic summer break.

This year has been filled with achievements, celebrations, fundraising events, community projects and opportunities that have only been possible because of the support of our school community.
