On behalf of the staff at PDSA Aston we would like to wish you all a very merry Christmas and a wonderful new year.

Some of our staff will be working over the festive season (Aston PDSA is closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day but the emergency service can help if you have a genuine emergency.)

Thank you to everyone who donated pet food, blankets and cat litter. (and human food! We loved the biscuits, cakes, chocolate and the savoury treats)
Thank you to everyone who helped us continue our work and mission to help pets who need us, by contributing towards the treatment you have received from us.
We are overwhelmed by the donations that were given ‘just because’

It’s been a tough year with abandoned pets (please remember we are not a rehoming centre and we cannot help pets who are need of new homes)

We have loved seeing pets make a recovery ❤️
We have had sad days when pets didn’t make it and our hearts break too 💔

Remember to keep your pets safe and warm
Keep them away from bones, and hazardous foods

We know it can be tempting to share your festive favourites with your pets, but here is some food for thought before you do 👀

If you can't resist sneaking the dog a few scraps from your Christmas dinner, make sure you know what's safe for them to enjoy and what is best avoided.

And remember, what seems like a tiny portion to us can be a lot for your pet.
