Afternoon Tea at The Town Hall On Sunday 7th September I am hosting Afternoon Tea at The Town Hall in aid of Breast Cancer Now! There will be a professional photographer and raffle!

For a £20 donation you can enjoy tea, cake, sandwiches and live music. What’s not to love! Come join us!

I am so beyond excited to share that the soundtrack for Afternoon Tea at The Town Hall is going to be provided by the awesome These guys are not only super talented they are some of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and I am very lucky to be able to call them friends. I am so grateful that they have agreed to join us 🩷

If you've not seen before they play big songs on small instruments...so bring your voices and don't be afraid to sing a long!

For anyone reading this who doesn't know me, my name is Amy. I am 38 years old, and on the 26th September 2024, 7 weeks after my baby daughter was born and a month before my sons 4th birthday, I was diagnosed with stage 2, Triple Negative Breast Cancer. As the doctor uttered these words the light went out in my world, and me and my family were plunged into darkness. In the hours, days, and weeks that follow a cancer diagnosis there is a mess and chaos that is indescribable. And from within the dark, messy, chaos you have to try to navigate copious amounts of information to understand what the diagnosis means for you, and make life changing decisions about your future, treatment and care. It was when I was in this place that I found Breast Cancer Now.

Breast Cancer Now offer clear, accessible, evidence based, information and support - they are a light shining in the dark. Not only does the charity offer life-changing support, they fund life-saving research.

Breast Cancer Now has a clear and ambitious vision, that by 2050 everyone diagnosed with breast cancer will live, and be supported to live well. I want to do everything I can to support them to make this happen!

So, on Sunday 7th September I am hosting an Afternoon Tea at the beautiful Coleshill Town Hall and you are invited! I am asking for a donation of £20 per person for an afternoon of as much tea, cake, sandwiches, live music, and fun as you want. My aim is for everything from the venue to the tea bags, to be donated by local businesses and individuals, which means that every single penny raised will go to Breast Cancer Now.
