This Carers Week, we’re recognising children and young people who care for someone they love.

Many young carers are supporting family members while also managing school, friendships, and their own wellbeing — often without others realising.

Some of the children and young people we support who are facing loss or trauma also have caring responsibilities.

If you’re a young carer, you’re not alone, and your role matters.

Together, we can help young carers feel seen and supported.
