**Venue:** St Cyprian’s Memorial Hall, The Fordrough, Hay Mills, Birmingham, B25 8DL
**Time:** **1:00pm – 4:00pm**
**Target group:** Adults aged 60+, unpaid carers and other residents who may benefit from improved health, wellbeing and social connection.
* **Friday 4 September 2026 — Healthy Living, Wellbeing & Carer Support**
Programme launch focusing on healthy living, social connection, wellbeing, nutrition and identifying unpaid carers who may benefit from additional support.
* **Friday 11 September 2026 — Staying Connected, Digital Inclusion & Wellbeing**
Practical digital awareness, confidence and support to help participants stay connected, access services safely and reduce digital exclusion.
* **Friday 18 September 2026 — Diabetes Prevention, Falls Prevention & Carer Support**
A focused prevention and healthy-ageing session covering diabetes awareness and early intervention, falls prevention, strength and balance, alongside information and support for unpaid carers.
* **Friday 25 September 2026 — Men’s Health: Prostate Cancer Awareness & Early Detection**
A dedicated men’s health session focusing on prostate cancer risk, awareness, early detection and encouraging earlier conversations with health professionals, with particular outreach to Black men from African and Caribbean communities.

The programme brings together **health prevention, healthy living, social connection, carers support, digital inclusion and specialist community health information** in one accessible community setting.
Bridge Point West Midlands CIC will coordinate the programme alongside relevant specialist and community partners.
