A lovely way to introduce you to using ‘safe place’ strategy for enabling someone to explore feeling safe for themself or as a strategy when feeling some early warning signs, maybe when feeling anxious or stressed. 👏👏👏👏

Join Us for the First World Feeling Safe Day 🌍✨
3rd October 2025

A new step in the journey towards non-violent communities

Today, we mark the very first World Feeling Safe Day – a new step in the journey that began with the International Day of Peace (21 September) and the International Day of Non-Violence (2 October).

Peace in the world depends on peace in our communities. Feeling safe is at the heart of this. When people do not feel safe, fear and violence can grow. By strengthening safety, respect, and connection, we make non-violent communities possible.
World Feeling Safe Day is about turning this vision into everyday action.

👉 Take one action today to help yourself or someone else feel safe – share it with us and inspire others.
