Welcome Older Adults in Aston (B6)!
Palmy Prestige Support Services CIC runs friendly weekly sessions to help older adults stay connected, active, and supported in their local community.
Our sessions provide a welcoming space where participants can:
• Meet new people and make friends
• Enjoy social activities, conversation, and games
• Take part in gentle movement and light exercise
• Access wellbeing advice and guidance
• Join occasional community outings
Sessions are small, inclusive, and informal, making it easy to feel comfortable and supported.

🕒 Weekly sessions (approx. 4 hours)
Family members, carers, community organisations, and health professionals are welcome to get in touch or make a referral.
All activities are for community benefit, with any surplus reinvested into supporting and developing local services.
