Hey… where are the boys?

Many of us were never taught this early, but confidence is not something a child “grows into”— it is something they are guided into.

Right now, 98% of the children registered for our upcoming Public Speaking Summer Camp are girls. And while we celebrate every one of them, it gently raises an important question… where are the boys?

Inside the Room: Confidence Growing in Real Time

One of the most powerful aspects of Public Speaking For Today’s Woman is the atmosphere in the room.

Public Speaking For Today’s Woman 2026 was a phenomenal success.

Women from diverse professional backgrounds came together for this special once-a-year course—leaders in international trade, education, healthcare, cultural research and national sports organisations—all united by one common goal: to strengthen their confidence and sharpen their public speaking skills.

Throughout the day, the room was filled with courage, laughter, insight and breakthrough moments as participants stepped forward, found their voice and encouraged one another.

Earlier this week, a lady received an email that many would celebrate.

She had been successfully shortlisted for an audition taking place this weekend in Birmingham.

But instead of excitement, fear took over.

She replied to the organisers and asked that her timeslot be given to someone else.
