I’m rebuilding my life after becoming homeless in Birmingham and losing everything I had.
During that time, I started picking up items that were thrown away — things people didn’t want anymore — and I began fixing them up. Turning something broken into something worth keeping helped me stay focused, stay hopeful, and stay human. Now that I’m getting back on my feet, I’m still doing the same work:
taking unwanted items and giving them a second chance, just like I’m giving myself one.I don’t have set prices right now.
Everything is donation‑based, and every bit of support goes towards helping me — and the friends I met on my journey — rebuild our lives safely and properly. If you have something that needs a makeover, or you want a custom piece made from something old, just message me.
Your support doesn’t just help me create — it helps us rebuild dignity, stability, and a fresh start.Second chances matter.
For people.
For the things we save.
For the lives we’re trying to rebuild.

Right..
Let's spread love, not war.. show love ❤️ someone might need to hear words of kindness more than you realize. It took a stranger to start conversation about her watch, unaware I was on brink of su***de attempt, to shake me out of trance like state on train track ledge. Realisation that I was about to traumatize how many people around who probably suffering somewhere themselves in life, and there was me about to expose them unnecessarily to my suffering.
It was months later when I saw the same woman that I opened up and explained that she unknowingly saved my life. We spoke together and these words stuck ... Nobody promised tomorrow. Leave no word's left unsaid. There is going to be a last time we see everyone we love, all different times and we aren't aware at the time, we will never see them again! So in a time where war and sadness sabotaging our world, stand and show and share love, hope and memories to those who matter. It might be the last time you get to!
As you aware it's Mind fundraising til end of March now. Any donations make a difference more than you think. Or check out:
~ share you message, and tag them if possible and tag this page and hashtag
~ request personalized digital poem in image form, especially for someone you love for donation of £5
~ request as above plus homemade video, personalized to your liking, reaching out to other people to have input if chose for £10
All funds made will 100% be going to help Mind with their amazing work they do for so many people. Comment or message me and I will get back to you asap

In memory of my niece Lauren (Lozza)
This month, we extend the Spread Love, Hope & Memories Appeal — not just because we need more time…
But because life gave us another painful reminder of why this matters.

While trying to raise awareness for mental health, I lost my only niece to the very thing I was fighting.
Lauren was in her twenties.
Full of life, full of love.
And now she’s gone.

This appeal is now her legacy too.

Please get involved.
Share a message of hope.
Post a tribute.
Tag someone who needs love.
Donate to support mental health awareness.
Or simply share this post.

Do it for Lozza.
Do it for anyone who’s struggling silently.
Do it because love still wins, even in loss.

Please read this—it could change a life. Maybe even save one.

I’m not rich. I’m not famous.
I’m not backed by any big organisation.
I’m just one woman—with a past that nearly broke me, a heart still beating with love, and a dream I refuse to let die.

The LoveLiza Project was born out of heartbreak.
I lost my beautiful niece, Lauren, far too soon. She battled with her mental health from a young age. The system failed her over and over again. She never truly got the help she deserved—and now she’s gone.

But her name will never fade quietly.
Not on my watch.

I know pain.
I’ve been homeless. Addicted. Alone.
I remember praying one night for something—anything—to save me.
And what lifted me?
Not money. Not a miracle.
It was people.
Strangers. Kindness. Community.

So now I give that love back, one step at a time—with nothing but hope, determination, and grit.
This is grassroots.
This is raw.
This is real.

Every month, The LoveLiza Project will spotlight a new cause.
This month (and now extended into May), we're raising money for Mind—because mental health needs more than talk. It needs action. It needs us.

Next month? Maybe cancer. Or homelessness. Veterans. Children.
Every life matters.
Every cause deserves a voice.
We’ll make noise for them all.

But I can’t do it alone.

If this hits your heart, I’m asking you:
Donate if you can. Share if you can’t. Speak if you’re able. Love loudly.
And leave a comment with a message of hope, a memory, or a tribute to someone you love or lost.
Let’s flood the world with the thing it needs most—connection.

Because Lauren’s story isn’t just hers.
It’s mine.
It might be yours.
It could be someone’s tomorrow.
So let’s tell the people we love how much they mean to us—now.
Let’s show the world that love wins. That community heals. That silence can be shattered.

Join the Barmy Army. One army. One love. One cause at a time.
For Lauren. For you. For all of us.
