Love this. Having suffered anxiety since late teens and panic attacks in my early 30s I found I could cope with living with anxiety, found ways to accept the panic attacks and not be scared on them. Just built my own ways of handling and coping with the anxiety. Taking control recognising triggers, symptoms and all the tell tale signs and speaking about it without feeling judged. Now 45 and yep i still have anxiety and the occasional.panic attack but I accept it. I let it do its thing and I do mine in response. Some days are good, some days are ok and some are bad. Its normal!

Getting everything ready for kids return to school can be stressful, the visit to the shops, the cost, the kids moaning etc etc let us take that stress away we have a fab selection of school clothes ready for you to make good use of. Pop the the cafe saturday and grab what you need.

Reminder this saturday pop in if you need uniform for primary school kids. Free of charge.

Another fab meet up at the park to make the most of the warm weather albeit a tad windy wooo tonight.

No ice creams this week but some good conversations, giggles, music, people managing anxiety being outside and some fun on the park using the exercise equipment.

We will bring the tea/coffee free & biscuits.

We also have cold cans for you to buy.
