We were delighted to welcome Sarah Fitton from Roche Diagnostics UK and Ireland to Better Pathways recently

Sarah gained insight into our social enterprise services, met our social enterprise teams, and learnt more about our LIVE Vocational Pathways Programme (Learning, Independence, Volunteering, Employment)

Better Pathways is proud to be partnering with Roche. Roche will be offering its support by sponsoring three young people with SEND on LIVE over the next year. These young people have no recourse to public funds, so this vital sponsorship will support participants to access structured employability and wellbeing support. Helping them to build confidence, develop practical skills and take steps toward work, alongside hands-on work experience within Better Signage and Better Packing

Thank you, Roche Diagnostics 💜 This partnership will generate social value by supporting access to skills and employment pathways

Thank you to everyone who came along and to the organisers and employers who made it a fantastic day.

Since May, our social enterprise, Better Signage, has been producing staff badges for University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. Last week, the UHB procurement team visited to meet the Better Signage team, see the workshop in action, and tour our other social enterprises: Better Packing and Better Woodwork

They also met with our CEO, Sue Roberts, to explore how Better Signage can support UHB beyond badges, discussing the range of services Better Signage can provide and practical ways we can add social value

So far, in this partnership, we have helped their procurement team to streamline supplier onboarding and improve ordering workflows to make procurement simpler and faster

Better Signage specialises in interior and exterior signage — health and safety signage, wayfinding signage, office fit-outs, or any signage on doors, walls, and windows. We can also help you to personalise gifts and produce promotional materials. All designed, manufactured, and installed by our team

Every order also helps us to support people in Birmingham facing mental health challenges, learning disabilities or other neurodiverse conditions to build skills and move into work

If you or your business is looking for high-quality signage with social impact, Better Signage would be pleased to help!
