Birmingham Local Conservatives led scrutiny once again delivered for residents yesterday, with action by Sustainability and Transport Chair, Cllr Tim Huxtable, helping Allens Cross Cllr, Eddie Freeman, get £40,000 ETNF funding reinstated for the ward after the previous Labour administration at Birmingham City Council scrapped it.

The money was scrapped after the then Labour Councillor for the ward failed to allocate any of it. Leaving residents to miss out on local funding due to the inaction of their Labour Councillor.

That was not fair, so that's why Local Conservatives worked to help Eddie get the funding for Allens Cross residents.
