Troops,
It is with heavy heart that I have to inform you of the passing of one of the sisters of our branch Mrs Dee Lloyd.
Dee had been attended branch functions with her husband Stan since the mid 1980’s.
After the loss of Stan Dee still attended functions and later meetings. She then got more involved with the branch helping out with the fund raising raffles and later becoming the minutes taker at the branch meetings.
A couple of years ago due to failing health she went into warden controlled premises in her much beloved Bournville area of Birmingham.
In the early hours of Saturday 11th July her family was informed that she had passed away.
To Dee’s family please accept the branch’s sincere condolences.
Dee may you rest in eternal peace. 💙❤️💙🙏
