🌿It’s Official… The Hike2Heal Website is LIVE! 🌿

What started as a simple idea to get people walking, talking and connecting with nature has grown into something truly special.

Today marks another huge milestone in the Hike2Heal journey, and we’re so excited to share our brand new website with you!

Whether you’re looking to join one of our hikes, learn more about our mission, support what we do, or simply see what Hike2Heal is all about, it’s all there in one place.

Hike2Heal exists because we believe nobody should have to face recovery, mental health challenges or life’s struggles alone.

Every step we take together is about connection, hope, wellbeing and reminding each other that healing doesn’t always happen in a therapy room, it can happen on a mountain, beside the sea, in a forest, or simply walking alongside someone who understands.

A huge thank you to everyone who has walked with us, volunteered, supported us, believed in the vision, and helped us get to this point.

This website isn’t just ours, it’s a reflection of an incredible community that continues to grow.

💜 A very special thank you to The National Lottery Community Fund Awards for All 💜

Your funding made this website possible, helping us create a platform where more people can discover Hike2Heal, access our walks, and find connection, hope and support through the outdoors.

We’re incredibly grateful for your belief in our vision.

This is only the beginning. We’ve got so many exciting hikes, collaborations and opportunities ahead, and we can’t wait to share them with you.

🌿 Visit the website, explore what we do, and come and take your next step with us.

💜 One step. One conversation. One community.

💜 Connection. Conversation. Recovery. Nature. 💜

Yesterday, a small group of us headed to Milton in Derbyshire for a beautiful 5.5-mile hike as part of our collaboration with Foundation 2 Change

It wasn’t about how fast we walked or how far we went. It was about slowing down, talking openly, supporting one another and reconnecting with nature.

Every step reminded us that recovery isn’t something we have to do alone. Sometimes the best conversations happen on a woodland path, away from the noise of everyday life.

Thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a positive day. We’re proud to be working alongside Foundations 2 Change to create safe spaces where people can build confidence, make meaningful connections and discover the healing power of the outdoors.

Here’s to many more miles, meaningful conversations and lives changed one step at a time. 💜🥾🌿

💜🌊 Behind the waterfall, together.

Moments like this remind us why Hike2Heal exists.

Today, 34 incredible people took on the Four Waterfalls Walk in Wales.

Every smile in this photo tells a story.

A story of
recovery
resilience
courage
friendship
and hope.

For some, this was just a beautiful day out.

For others, it’s something they never believed they’d be able to do.

Every step taken is proof that healing doesn’t happen alone, it happens when we surround ourselves with people who encourage us
Believe in us
And walk beside us.

This is more than hiking.
It’s building confidence.
Creating lifelong friendships.
Improving mental wellbeing

And showing that no matter where you’ve come from, a different future is possible.

Here’s to another unforgettable adventure with the Hike2Heal family. One step at a time. 💜🥾
