Hi everyone 😊

I am SUPER EXCITED

As Hike2Heal Recovery continues to grow, we are currently building and developing our WEBSITE to help us reach more people who may be struggling with addiction, mental health, trauma, and isolation.

I’m looking to gather some personal testimonies from people who have been part of our walks, community, and recovery journey together.

If HIKE2HEAL has helped you in any way, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, or in your recovery.

I would really appreciate hearing about your experience.

Your words could help inspire hope and encourage others to take that first step and reach out for support.

If you’d be happy to share a short testimony for the website, please message me privately ❤️

Thank you all for being part of this amazing community🙏

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to the Heatherdene and Winn Hill hike today.

What a beautiful day spent in nature with such incredible humans. From the conversations along the trails to the laughter, support, and shared moments at the top, every part of the day reminded me how important connection, community, and recovery really are.

These hikes are about so much more than just walking they’re about showing up for ourselves and each other, building friendships, finding peace in nature, and proving that healing and happiness can be found one step at a time.

So grateful to every single person who joined this hike, supported one another, and brought such positive energy to the day.

You all make these moments special, and it’s amazing to see this community continue to grow stronger together.

Our next hike is something really special our first ever weekend away hike to Devon from 19th–21st June 🥾🌿

A full weekend of hiking, connection, recovery, laughter, and time in nature with an amazing group of people.

Cost is £160 per person.
If you’d like to join us, get in touch as spaces are limited.

Until the next adventure keep climbing, keep connecting, and keep believing in yourself 💚

Good morning, interesting people ☀️

As May 10th gets closer, we can finally feel that shift… longer days, warmer air, and those early sunrises that just hit differently.

There’s something special about watching the world wake up, and even more powerful when you’re doing it surrounded by people who just *get it*.

We still have places available for our next HIKE2HEAL adventure to *Heatherdene and Winn circular* in the Peak District and honestly, this one is going to be something else.

Let me map out what you’re really signing up for,

because yes… hiking alone is okay. But does it give you:

✨ *A real sense of community*
✨ *Genuine laughter that comes from shared moments*
✨ *The chance to share your story or just listen*
✨ *New friendships that feel easy and natural*
✨ *Time to reconnect with people you haven’t seen in a while*

There’s something about walking side by side, no pressure, no expectations that opens people up in a way nothing else quite does.

Conversations flow, barriers drop, and for a few hours, everything feels lighter.

Out there, it’s not about pace or performance.

It’s about being present.
Breathing deeper.
Feeling part of something.

that kind of connection? Is hard to find on your own.

So if you’ve been thinking about it take this as your sign.

Come and be part of it.

Let’s make May 10th one to remember 💜🥾

Hike2Heal Recovery would like to thank Exodus and every one of you who joined us for the Sunny Hills & Bury Ditches hike 💚

10 miles in 4 and a half hours across mixed terrain, forest paths, rolling hills, and plenty of mud underfoot! 🥾🌲

Filled with belly laughs, a few unexpected detours, and an amazing sense of connection throughout the day, this is exactly what HIKE2HEAL is all about.

We’re so grateful for everyone who showed up and shared the journey with us 🙌

In October 2025, Lucy and her family experienced the heartbreaking loss of Matty Fellows a devoted dad, partner, and someone who brought so much light, strength, and laughter into the lives of those around him.

Now, Lucy is raising funds for a lasting tribute a headstone for Matty. A place where his children, family, and friends can go to remember, reflect, and feel close to him for years to come.

On 10th May, Hike2Heal Recovery will be hosting a special hike in the Peak District, where Lucy, her family, and friends will come together to walk in Matty’s honour and raise funds for his headstone. It’s a chance to not only support this cause, but to celebrate his life, his strength, and his journey in recovery.

This fundraiser also helps raise awareness of the impact addiction has on families something that deserves more compassion, understanding, and support.

If you can, please consider donating or sharing this page. Every bit of support means so much 🤍

Thank you for helping Lucy give Matty the tribute he truly deserves and raising awareness 💜
