[email protected] Raven's Rescue UK is a fully vet supported Registered Charity that was founded to help the ever increasing number of pets that find themselves in rescue. We are a group of dedicated experienced volunteers who give round the clock support and medical care to help animals that have fallen on hard times. We are based in the West Midla

nds but can help all over the UK wherever we can, providing sanctuary to the unwanted, abused and abandoned animals, the once rehabilitated, matching each individual to a suitable new home. We also offer help and advice to those who are considering surrendering a pet to explore if a workable alternative can be found. All of our animals receive appropriate medical attention and are behaviourally assessed before homing. Every animal is health checked, vaccinated, treated for parasites, microchipped and neutered.

At the moment, we are receiving a constant stream of requests for help with cats and kittens, so cat fosters are especially needed.

By fostering, you can make a huge difference to an animal in need by providing a safe and loving temporary home while they wait for their forever family.

All say a gentle Hi to Beth and Rip, two tiny babies who were handed in at a local vets.

We have so far, been unsuccessful in tracing where they came from exactly, as finder told the practice they were found in Birmingham area.

We have asked for more information so as we can try and locate Momma and any other babies.

As the weather is hot again please be mindful with your dogs. No dog died from missing a walk but dogs have died being walked in the heat.

If you go anywhere in your vehicle that doesn’t allow dogs please leave them at home. Vehicles can become like an oven in minutes and leaving your dog in one even with the window open and in shade is not enough to save from possible heat stroke or from dying. Please ensure a constant supply of water for all your pets.

Please also pop water out for wildlife. They need our help too. Just make sure that any bowls are shallow enough for small creatures like hedgehogs etc to get out.
