A lovely Sunday afternoon with The Boys mel’s wellbeing group 👊

Met at Sheldon Country Park at 11, then walked up to New Era for a coffee and a catch-up. We were really well looked after—thanks for having us!

On the way back, we had a sneaky stop at the RAFA Club, where Sarah and the gang made us feel very welcome. A few games of pool, a pint and plenty of laughs rounded off the afternoon nicely.

Thanks, lads. Always love meeting up with you. Good company and time for a proper chat—sometimes that’s just what you need. 💙

🚶‍♂️ THE BOYS – MEN’S WELLBEING & COMMUNITY GROUP

On the first Sunday of every month, we meet at Sheldon Country Park for our monthly Walk & Talk.

It’s all very informal — a good walk with good people, followed by a coffee and a chat. There’s no pressure to talk about anything you don’t want to, and new faces are always made to feel welcome. Just turn up and join us.

But The Boys is about much more than our monthly walks. We organise regular socials and activities, with concert nights coming up and plenty of great days already enjoyed — including bowling, golf, ice hockey, mindfulness events and much more.

We also organise larger events for the whole community, including our Christmas event at the RAF Club, bringing local families and organisations together for a fantastic day.

It’s about getting men out, bringing people together, making new friends and having a laugh — while knowing there’s support around if you ever need it.

But Christmas has a habit of sneaking up on us — so get this one in the diary now!

After the massive success of last year’s event, The Boys Christmas Event is back — and this year it’s going to be even better!

🎅 Step inside our beautifully hand-built Santa’s grotto

A massive thank you to Central Legion and the Rafa Grenville Club Sheldon, who have always been fantastic supporters of The Boys.

And a special thank you to our community and, especially, the lads who are giving their time and effort to help make this a really special day for local families. We couldn’t do it without you.

🚶‍♂️ **THE BOYS — WALK & TALK TOMORROW** ☕️

Tomorrow morning we’re back out for our monthly **Men’s Walk & Talk**\.

📍 **Meet: Sheldon Country Park — main gates**
⏰ **11am**

We’ll take a steady walk over to **New Era Coffee Bar**, stop for a coffee and a chat, then make our way back\.

Allow around **an hour and a half to two hours** including the coffee stop\. Nothing strenuous, nothing formal — just a lovely Sunday morning walk, a brew and some good conversation\.

At the heart of these walks is **connection**\. Getting men together, getting out of the house, talking, listening and simply spending a bit of time around other people\.

Come on your own or bring a mate\. New faces are always welcome\. 💙
